about
This world is a dark place. There is a very real and active presence of evil at work in this place that we call home. We are not simply children gripped by the fear of being left alone in a dark room, left in solitude to conjure up imaginary monsters that live in the closet or under the bed. Darkness is real. Depression is real. Evil is real. Some of you may have experienced more of the effects of that darkness than others, and for some people the weight of this struggle may have led to a place of complete hopelessness. I wrote this song from the most honest standpoint that I possibly could, just a kid crying out in an empty bedroom desperately searching for anything to give me rest from the strain of the isolation that the effects of a broken world has caused. I hope and pray that this song will help you know that despite the cruelty of this world, there is still hope.
“I found life, lying on the floor screaming ‘God where are you’”

Awakening-Lyrics
So I’ll keep straining my limbs till they’ve torn
This Hope is burden that’s too heavy to carry
Already finding it hard to move on
Straining till I’ve bled
Yielding nothing from this worthless land
Show me something I’ve been dying to live for
Show me something that’ll take this all away
I’m trying to be brave
But I’m starting to lose my way
Come rain, come snow
Soothe thine worn bones
Lungs void of breath
Lay cold my Flesh
My lungs have been wrung out
Vocal chords replaced with blood
Screaming foolish lies
Trying to evoke some sense love
I can’t see you; I can’t feel you though trying
Lying facedown on floor while crying
Pick up your pen, finish your story
The book you write could save a life, could save your life
Don’t you know your worth,
Don’t you know you could change the course
Of the path you have chosen to follow
And you’re on your knees, and you’re begging please
Won’t you set me free
I found life
Lying on the floor screaming God where are you

Six minutes of beautifully raw melodic hardcore; but that’s all that’s needed to work its effect. An emotional freight-train, it’s imbued with an authentic sense of loss and sadness, which will remind you how to feel again. Tristan
Scalding metalcore from Spain, “Where the Waves Are Born” swings from clean to growled vocals over blindingly intricate fretwork. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 19, 2023

Their second best for me, such an amazing atmosphere troughout the entire piece, with amazing instrumentals and an amazing voice filled with emotion. Love it. Diego CD
